In the beginning...
It all started as a hobby in 2023. I started roasting coffee with an air popcorn popper. After some time, the coffee was...drinkable. After some more time passed, the coffee started to be quite good. My oldest daughter told me that I should start a business, because everyone loved my coffee. I said ok. I spent the next year plus, roasting as much as I could, and learning as much as I could about coffee beans, the growing and processing methods, and the science and art behind roasting. I hope you enjoy my coffee, and that it brightens your day a little.
