You get 2 bags, totally at random. It will be a mix of single estates, single origins and blends. You'll recieve coffees from the site, and/or coffees you can't purchase online. Ones that are only available at vendor events, or experimental coffees. 
 
You'll get a variety of roast levels, BUT if you only want certain roast levels, or don't want a certain roast level you can customize it the personalize section.

But if you just love coffee, and drink all types, then just leave that section blank.
