At 2200 masl, this coffee comes from the Shitaye Abebe estate, near the town of Gadeb, in the Gedeo Zone. With tasting notes of passion fruit, papaya and caramel, this coffee really exemplifies the fruit flavors that Ethiopians are known for. Natural process and Farm Gate!!
-BESHASHA 
Now with this coffee we head in a different direction than the Gadeb. From the Birbirsa Co-Op in Jimma, this coffee leans towards the dark fruit notes of stone fries, berry and is slightly malty. It’s Fair Trade, Farm Gate and certified Organic!!
