This coffee comes from the La Florida cooperative in Chanchamayo, Peru. The cooperative consists of farmers from 18 hamlets, and has 2 processing stations. The La Florida Cooperative founded the Cetpro La Florida, a learning center for kids and young adults, teaching organic farming, agricultural production, amongst other areas of learning. They are involved in reforestation , they give scholarships to children from the co-op, and provide health services to members as well. 
This coffee has tasting notes of milk chocolate, toffee and pear.
